My Journey
My mother said I would sing to myself before I could talk. My father showed me the way with his Indian songs. Most nights we spent together, he’d sit by the fire, playing his drum. My parents both loved to dance. Most of my childhood play revolved around performing in some way. I would spend hours dancing, acting out stories, and singing. I am an innate performer; it feels like my natural state of being.

I had lost track of my dreams and aspirations of performing and singing, I had kept my deep desire to help others and to understand human nature. I’ve studied many things, including nutrition, history, religion, spirituality, ancestral healing, indigenous teachings, developmental psychology, interior design, Feng Shui, physiological birth, plant medicine, and yoga. I use all of this to inform the songs I write.

Inspiration
Life moved forward, and I lost track of my dreams and passions. But in 2022, something sparked in me. I wrote my first song. I wanted to communicate a message of hope and unity as an answer to all the fear and disharmony I was seeing around me. The first songs I wrote were all about community, unity, hope, personal and collective power. Then I looked within and began to write about my personal experiences. Stories from my life from an elevated perspective. 
 
Reckoning
At the beginning of 2024, I got very ill. I wondered if what I was experiences was how it felt when we die; I was achy and listless. I asked myself what I really wanted to do with the energy I have. It helped me get clear on two priorities: raising my kids and creating music to influence culture, to contribute goodness in the world my kids are growing up in. This clarity has helped me say no to many things that were not supporting these two interconnected priorities. It made space for clarity and determination.

What's Next
This present year of 2026 I currently have 5 songs currently in production. And a bunch of others that will come after these. My next song Manifest will be done soon! Its basically a bunch of manifesting tools I have implemented in my own life written into a song.
